The ROCKIT CARE

All the products are covered by ROCKIT CARE warranty.

ROCKIT offers extended warranty for our customers, GOLD for 5 years, SILVER for 1 year
and BRONZE for 6 monthes to our various products.
All the storage racks will be 5 years free replacement due to critical technical error
and free parts replacement within 10 years.
It is our policy for the customer to provide the following evidence, such as order number,
date of the shipment to claim the replacement,
all replacements will be delivered along with next shipment.
We receive almost entirely positive feedback with any warranty claim very quickly rectified.
We are building a company that will be great and enduring for years to come.
